Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing PinHub to your Slack workspace or visiting pinhub.apricklepear.studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are accepting these terms on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

2. Service Description

PinHub provides automated bookmarking, link indexing, and knowledge search within Slack workspaces. We maintain high availability (target 99.9% uptime) hosted on Google Cloud infrastructure.

3. Subscriptions, Free Trials, and Payments

• Free Trial: New installations receive a 14-day free trial of Pro features without requiring credit card information.
• Flat-Rate Pro Tier: PinHub Pro is billed at $25 USD per workspace per month, or $250 USD per workspace per year.
• No Per-User Fees: We do not charge per seat or active user. All members of your Slack workspace are entitled to access PinHub under a single workspace subscription.
• Cancellations & Refunds: You may cancel your subscription at any time via Slack or Stripe customer portal. Prorated refunds are issued upon request within 14 days of billing.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use PinHub to catalog illegal, harmful, malicious, or infringing content, or attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt our Cloud Functions or APIs.

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

PinHub is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. In no event shall Masiosare Studio be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
