Does PinHub read all our Slack channel messages?
No. PinHub only receives events when a user explicitly adds a trigger emoji (such as :pushpin:) to a message or triggers the message shortcut. We do not store your general chat history.
Which emoji triggers PinHub?
By default, reacting with :pushpin: (pushpin) or :bookmark: (bookmark) will catalog the link. You can also customize your team's trigger emoji in the App Home tab.
How are links categorized?
PinHub inspects the URL domain (e.g. figma.com, notion.so, docs.google.com, github.com, loom.com, linear.app) and assigns appropriate badges and filters automatically.
Can I remove links from the directory?
Yes! Anyone in your workspace can click the 🗑️ Delete button in the App Home tab to remove a bookmark.
What happens after the 14-day free trial?
